Recovery Coaching
Private coaching for adults and teens can facilitate the process of recovery in a supportive, caring and confidential environment.
Recovery Coaching is one-on-one personalized work for individuals overcoming:
- addiction – to drugs, alcohol, food, sex, phone or internet, etc.
- homelessness
- divorce
- abuse
- trauma
During COVD-19, one on one coaching is currently being offered via Zoom. Please contact Blair to schedule.
Recovery coaching is not therapy or counseling. Blair does not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. If you have mental health issues you’d like to address, please seek the help of a licensed medical professional.
Blair Carleton is a Recovery Coach trained through the State of Washington and the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery. She has also trained extensively on Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness with David Treleaven.
